Home base: I-10 near The Dominion

Where we work

From the northwest edge of San Antonio out into the Hill Country. Every area has its own plumbing personality. Here is what we tend to find in each.

01

The Dominion

Gated streets just off I-10 and close to our base. Larger custom homes, long hot water runs, softener loops, outdoor kitchens and gas features. Pressure varies with the hills.

02

La Cantera

Newer construction around the resort and The Shops. Mostly PEX supply and PVC drains, deep island sinks, tankless heaters and plenty of outdoor gas.

03

Leon Springs

Hill Country lots along I-10 and Boerne Stage Road. Harder water, colder nights than downtown, and a mix of city water, wells and septic.

04

Fair Oaks Ranch

Spread-out homes on rolling lots with long yard lines and softeners almost everywhere. Freeze protection on hose bibs and attic lines matters out here.

05

Boerne

Historic downtown homes next to brand new subdivisions. Old galvanized and cast iron in some, very hard water in most. Expect colder freezes than San Antonio.

06

Shavano Park

Established homes on big lots with older copper, clay sewer laterals and mature oaks whose roots love a cracked joint.

07

The Rim

Apartments, townhomes and newer houses near the shopping corridor. Quick calls for fixtures, disposals, water heaters and drains.

08

Scenic Loop

Rural lots west of I-10 with wells, septic systems and long service runs. Rocky ground and propane are common.

09

Camp Bullis

Neighborhoods along the edge of the training area, from newer builds to Hill Country properties. We are a veteran-owned company and glad to serve this corner of town.

10

UTSA area

Rental houses, student apartments and family homes around the campus and Babcock Road. Clogs, running toilets and tired water heaters top the list.

11

Hollywood Park

Older homes with original plumbing, cast iron drains and galvanized lines in some cases. Big trees, root intrusion and slab leaks are frequent calls.

12

Castle Hills

Mid-century homes with clay sewer laterals, aging gas pipe and copper that has seen decades of hard water. Camera inspections earn their keep here.

13

Kendall County

Ranch homes and acreage north of Boerne. Wells, septic, propane, long yard lines and freeze exposure shape most of the work.

14

Welfare

Small Hill Country community off I-10 with rural properties, wells and septic. Water filtration and freeze-proofing are common requests.

15

Comfort

Older homes and newer builds along the Guadalupe. Hard well water, septic systems and pipes that see real winter cold.

16

San Antonio

The northwest side is home base, but we take calls across the city for drains, water heaters, leaks, gas lines and everything in between.
