Drain problems come in two sizes. Small ones live at a single fixture: a sink full of hair, a disposal packed with peels, a tub that drains like syrup. Big ones live in the main line under the yard, where roots, wipes, grease and shifting clay create backups that hit the whole house.
We start by figuring out which one you have. Then we pick the tool that fits. A cable for routine clogs. A jetter for grease and roots. A camera when a clog keeps coming back or nobody knows why. Repair when the pipe itself has failed.
On the northwest side, the usual suspects are live oak roots, older clay and cast iron laterals in established neighborhoods, and septic lines on larger lots toward the Hill Country. We handle all of them.
What falls under drainage service
Drain Cleaning
Slow drain, gurgling tub, water coming up where it should not. We clear the blockage, find out what caused it, and tell you whether it is likely to come back.
Hydro Jetting
Hydro jetting scours the inside of a drain with high-pressure water. It strips grease, scale and roots back to the pipe wall instead of poking a hole through them.
Sewer Cleaning
When every drain in the house is slow, or the tub fills when the toilet flushes, the main sewer line needs to be cleared. We open it at the cleanout and clean it all the way out.
Sewer Camera Inspection
A camera on a push cable shows exactly what is inside your sewer: roots, cracks, sags, grease, or a clean pipe. No guessing, no unnecessary digging.
Sewer Repair
Broken, sagging or root-crushed sewer lines do not fix themselves. We find the exact damage on camera, explain the options, and repair what is needed instead of the whole yard.
Garbage Disposal Repair
A disposal that hums, trips, leaks or smells usually has a fixable problem. We clear it, test it, and only recommend a new unit when this one is truly done.
Toilet Repair
Phantom refills, weak flushes, a wet floor around the bowl. Toilet problems are usually small parts with big annoyance. We fix them the same visit in most cases.
