What is going on
Repipes usually follow a pattern. Repeated copper pinholes. Galvanized pipe so clogged with rust that showers trickle. Multiple slab leaks. Discolored water. Or a remodel that opens walls anyway. A repipe replaces the supply lines from the main shutoff to every fixture. In slab homes, the new lines usually run through the attic and drop down through walls, so nothing has to go under the foundation again.
What we check
- 01
Current material and condition

- 02
Routing plan
Attic and wall paths that minimize openings.
- 03
Fixture count
Every sink, tub, toilet, appliance and hose bib accounted for.
- 04
Insulation
New lines in attics insulated against heat and freezes.
- 05
Permit and inspection
Pulled and scheduled as required by the city.
Your options
Partial repipe
One section of the house or the hot side only, where failures are concentrated.
Whole-house repipe
All supply lines replaced from the main shutoff onward.
Repipe with remodel
New lines installed while walls are already open.
Before we get there
Think about the walls and ceilings you would rather we avoid, and any upcoming remodel plans. If you know when the house was built or what kind of pipe it has, share that. Clear the attic hatch and garage wall areas for access.
